Welcome to Snapgrade Jobs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services.

By creating an account and selecting agreement at signup, you accept these terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform: our ESL job marketplace and related services
• User: a teacher, academy, recruiter, or other person using the platform
• Academy: an educational institution publishing job listings
• Content: any information, documents, text, images, or other materials uploaded to the platform
• Public Content: Content that a user chooses to publish or otherwise make visible outside a private application, direct communication, or restricted hiring workflow

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Snapgrade Jobs collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information, including marketing uses and user choices.

By using Snapgrade Jobs, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain current and accurate profile information
• Not share account credentials
• Report unauthorized account access
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

5. Academy Obligations

Academies agree to:

• Provide accurate job listings and school information
• Use teacher information solely for hiring purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information
• Respond to applications within reasonable timeframes
• Comply with relevant labor and education laws

6. Platform Rights and Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or terminate services with notice
• Remove inappropriate content or users
• Update these terms with notification to users
• Verify academy and user information

7. Intellectual Property

• Users retain rights to their uploaded content
• Users grant us permission to display and process that content to run the platform
• When users publish Public Content, they grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, crop, format, and use that Public Content to demonstrate, promote, and market Snapgrade Jobs.
• This marketing license does not apply to private application materials, direct communications, identity documents, or content whose visibility is restricted to hiring participants.
• Users may withdraw permission for future marketing use by unpublishing the content or contacting support. This may not require us to recall materials already produced or distributed.
• Platform content and features are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for hiring decisions or employment outcomes
• We do not guarantee job placement
• We are not liable for disputes between users and academies
• We do not independently verify every academy or user submission

9. Term and Termination

• Users may delete their accounts at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
• Data retention obligations may continue after termination where required
